Xior Student Housing es una empresa belga especializada en residencias de estudiantes, que ha logrado en pocos a\u00f1os colocarse entre los actores m\u00e1s relevantes de este mercado en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>

La primera campa\u00f1a se centr\u00f3 en Zaragoza, acompa\u00f1ando la inauguraci\u00f3n de una moderna residencia en la ciudad con capacidad para 377 estudiantes.<\/p>

Tras esta primera campa\u00f1a combinamos campa\u00f1as de apuntes y digital centradas en las ciudades donde Xior cuenta con residencias. Combinando branding y performance dependiendo de la \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o y las plazas disponibles en sus centros.<\/p>

Para la pr\u00f3xima temporada estamos preparando conjuntamente una estrategia a largo plazo que tiene en cuenta la movilidad de los estudiantes entre provincias. De esta forma, impactaremos de manera m\u00e1s precisa a los estudiantes de bachillerato en su ciudad de origen, mientras est\u00e1n tomando la decisi\u00f3n de en qu\u00e9 ciudad estudiar y en qu\u00e9 alojamiento.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
