Si quieres que te expliquemos paso a paso c\u00f3mo hacerlo, \u00a1sigue leyendo!<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Montserrat, Helvetica, Arial, Lucida, sans-serif\">Lo primero&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Antes de empezar a realizar cualquier estrategia publicitaria o cualquier inversi\u00f3n, hay que tener muy claro <strong>qui\u00e9n es la persona que comprar\u00e1 nuestro producto.<\/strong> \u00a1Sigue leyendo y te ayudaremos a no perder ni un c\u00e9ntimo!<\/p>\n<p>Si no tenemos a la persona final en cuenta, es posible que estemos invirtiendo en vano, ya que, si no nos enfocamos, el cliente final puede quedar totalmente indiferente a nuestra publicidad.<\/p>\n<p>La t\u00e9cnica que se utiliza para determinar qui\u00e9n es tu p\u00fablico se denomina <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/brands.wuolah.com\/dime-que-vendes-y-te-dire-en-que-asignatura-anunciarte\/\">segmentaci\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong><strong>,<\/strong> y a continuaci\u00f3n vamos a explicarte c\u00f3mo hacerlo a trav\u00e9s de distintas estrategias. \u00bfPreparado? \u00a1All\u00e1 vamos!<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: Montserrat, Helvetica, Arial, Lucida, sans-serif\">Analiza la informaci\u00f3n que ya tienes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hablamos de la informaci\u00f3n de ocasiones pasadas, es decir, analizar qui\u00e9n ha comprado tu producto o servicio hasta hoy, c\u00f3mo es esa persona y qu\u00e9 ha funcionado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfTe parece que comentemos algunas t\u00e9cnicas? \u00a1Es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de lo que piensas!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mide las <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/brands.wuolah.com\/ejemplos-campanas-publi-apuntes-viral\/\">reacciones<\/a><\/strong> que esas personas han tenido ante campa\u00f1as que hayas hecho de comunicaci\u00f3n o acciones que hayas ido teniendo con ellos. \u00bfQu\u00e9 ha funcionado? \u00bfqu\u00e9 es lo que no le ha gustado?<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Analiza los datos socioecon\u00f3micos de las personas que ya han comprado tu producto o han mostrado inter\u00e9s en tu marca otras veces.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Busca patrones de consumo: entiende de qu\u00e9 forma ha llegado esa persona a tu marca, y agrupa a las que tienen caracter\u00edsticas similares.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pero esto no es todo, hay que seguir indagando\u2026 \u00a1vamos a por otra t\u00e9cnica!<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong style=\"font-family: Montserrat, Helvetica, Arial, Lucida, sans-serif\">Analiza qu\u00e9 va a pasar<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En base a la informaci\u00f3n que has obtenido del an\u00e1lisis de lo ocurrido en el pasado, podr\u00e1s predecir qu\u00e9 va a ocurrir en el futuro, y esto te ayudar\u00e1 a prepararte.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se van a comportar tus clientes?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Crea modelos de decisi\u00f3n basados en c\u00f3mo los clientes han comprado hasta el momento. Esto servir\u00e1 de predicci\u00f3n para las compras futuras, y te ayudar\u00e1 a centrar tu campa\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Analiza el modelo de consumo de tus clientes en cuanto a frecuencia y gasto en tu producto, es decir, cu\u00e1ntas veces lo ha comprado y cu\u00e1nto se ha gastado. En base a eso, realiza tus c\u00e1lculos futuros.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Puedes incluso reproducir el proceso cerebral por el que ha pasado el cliente a la hora de comprar, para saber cu\u00e1les son sus movimientos y qu\u00e9 es lo que le llama la atenci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong><strong style=\"font-family: Montserrat, Helvetica, Arial, Lucida, sans-serif\">Elige tu criterio<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Para segmentar, existen distintos criterios seg\u00fan lo que te convenga m\u00e1s.
