FLIGHT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Flight Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Flight Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company's operations are conducted safely and effectively. You will work closely with various departments of the company, complying with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: · A Coordinator of Technical and Flight Operations Department will be responsible to establish a system to ensure the surveillance, monitoring, and control of all company flights and ensure that all the performance data necessary to operate the airports and routes is available. · Coordinate the operations with all departments of the company: Flight Dispatch Office, Crew Instruction Department, Aircraft Maintenance and Commercial Department. · Responsible for maintaining a system as the basis for monitoring crew duties and rests, ensuring that it complies with the regulations. · Carry out analyses of the aerodromes to which the Company flies. · Carrying out take-off and landing performance studies ensuring the clearing of obstacles, as well as studies of escape routes due to depressurization and drift down. · Responsible to ensure that all required documentation is on board the aircraft. They are building up their new center, heavily investing in structures and multilingual talent. As a back office your key responsibilities will be: - You will handle, process, monitor and follow up customers' purchasing orders -You will ensure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customers -You will provide delivery commitment to customers and follow-up on order activity, to alert customer and sales team in case of discrepancies -You will handle new customer and supplier requests creation, and local purchasing tasks, manage invoice creation and corrections and return of the material activities -You will receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, availability, through an efficient, prompt and friendly communication with the aim of maintaining excellent customer relationships -You will establish key communication link between customer and internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, production) to keep all involved parties aware of customer activities You are the person we are looking for if: - You have Higher education or bachelor's degree with administrative and/or commercial orientation or equal through experience - You have at least 2 years' experience in administration/customer service/logistics - You have knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook. Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms and CRM are an asset - You have a native level of German and an Advanced level of English (company language) - You have strong communication and administration
